Summary:
One of the great powder destinations of the world. Niseko averages in excess of 14m of snow per season and at times you wonder if it will ever stop snowing. Visibility suffers though from the continuous snowy weather but if tree skiing in deep dry powder is for you then Niseko is the place. Niseko is not renowned for big steeps and true sustained steep terrain is limited. Still this is more than compensated for by the incredible snow quality and plenty of natural terrain features. I love the place so much I decided to live here.
