I learned to snowboard here two seasons ago. In terms of ability and ambition I've outgrown the place, and the snow this season has generally been lousy.
But it's a pretty, friendly, relaxed little place and great for a casual Sunday when the snow is good.

A great family resort and a good base camp for the region. Lodging in St. Johann is generally less expensive than its more glitzy neighbors. If you need the black diamonds, there are plenty of areas within a short drive (less than 1/2 hour) that will satisfy.
