Summary:
Former Italian family resort, now turned into English colony. No other guests than English. Village has lost its Italian charm. Expect fights and drunk English people in the streets over night. Skiing area is big (400 km of runs), but it takes much time to go from one side of the area to the other. In gerenal, lifts are old and have a small capacity. Lift tickets are quite cheap, but don't be disappointed if they close lifts if there are few skiers. Slopes in general are not very challenging. Good après-ski, but mainly in English pubs.

Summary:
Good Value as far as any ski resort is. Skiing is good for intermediates and beginners, boarding is limited too many long flat runs! If you get the snow the ski area is great particulary for a varied ability group and you can go for miles. But in truth you'll always find some decent skiing most of the season.
Loads of opportunities for good Apres Ski - Long live the Entertainment Crew.

Summary:
all round very enjoyable place,thankfully the lager lout image has all but gone and been replaced with a lively but friendly atmosphere and absolutely something for everyone.once again if your going to go,go this year the snow is superb.the sauze ski schools are very friendly and most if not all of the instuctors speak very good english and are excellent with children.

Summary:
If you want to hang about in a town with loads of British who can't ski and drink all night, or you want to hang around with Italians who have no concept of safe skiing go here. If you are more serious about your boarding don't go near it. I know it is cheap, but there are limits to how low you can stoop. I only gave ot 3 stars for the amount of snow (and apparently i was very lucky)
