If the only thing that you want is skiing this is a great place. There are a couple of nature preserves that are off limits to sking, but other than that when skiing off the beaten track nobody bothered us. The big draw is one face that faces the town itself. It takes a little bit of work to get to it, but once there it is a great run.
If you are going for purely a skiing experience it is a worthwhile place, if the skiing is only part of the holiday the area is sorely lacking in options.

Engleberg was once a hot resort but appeared to have fallen asleep when I was there. Big mountain with varied skiing.
