Summary:
This is a skiers last resort when there is not enough snow in any other resort. No challanges, all groomed. Pretty nice for a daytrip if you do not have to get over the Julierpass (that's why there are many Italiens there).

Reviewed by: Chris Eigenmann, DoubleDiamond, from Lausanne, Switzerland

Summary:
Go to St.Moriz in spring (around Eastern) and you will guaranteed have the best skiing vacations ever: still good snow and even powder, unforgetable possibilities to go off piste in the greatest mountain panorama in the alps, mostly sunny (southern weather influence); awesome afterskiing in the middle of the resort; and a pulsing nightlife...

Summary:
What more is there to say? St. Moritz is fun, but I still rather go there in the summer to hike. There are some nice long day walks through hanging valleys, and one can really enjoy the geography of the area when high up on the mountains.

Reviewed by: Ian (in G), Intermediate, from Geneva

Summary:
This resort makes even moderate skiiers / borders look good. No blues to speak of, although all of the 'reds' would be blue / green anywhere else.

Not much off piste, although you can find a few bowls and runs. The off piste is relativly untouched as well, as most of the skiiers stay on the groomed.

If you are going for the boarding, don't bother. Skiing is not going to be a chalenge. For a better ride you need to go down the vally by bus (about 20 mins and free with your lift pass)

Lift pass is currently about 58 swiss francs (about 58 Canadian) per day, the gondalas that take you up carry 100 - 160 at a time and there is also a train so access is not a problem.
