Summary: Spent the first week in january 2006 in claviere.The resort was practically empty, never saw any que's the whole timw i was there and at times we were the only people on the whole run! Great little resort, cheap lift tickets and food and drink too!!,compared to france, but the best thing is the resorts close vicinity to the rest of the milky way PLUS the resort of montgeneve over the border in france. If your really keen you can take a half hour journey to the french resort of Serre chevalier as well. Magic!!
Customer Service: The folk are reasonably friendly.

Summary: Almost my personal resort whe i went, the skiing was great with wide empty pistes, with easy access to interesting off-piste. The heli-skiing was amazing, with fresh snow. Would have gone this year but was booked up. Can easily get to the Milky Way.
