Summary: first time in la thuile and it was fantastic - helped by abundance of regular snow falls at night and absence of crowds and queues if you want plenty intermediate skiing - la thuile is better for snow than la rosiere in france over the st bernard pass - this is it
i've skiied claviere, sestriere, sauze, champoluc and gressoney in past few years - la thuile is the best of the lot as long as you aren't a wild clubber
