The resort on Mt Velouchi is quite small but generally quiet and fun.
The nearby town of Karpehnisi* is a quiet place, but decent priced accomodation can be found. Not really the place for after slope partying, and (to my knowledge) you need your own ride to the slopes.
Beware of rocky terrain, it can seriously damage your board!
*Excuse the spelling, the site's profanity censors went off when i wrote K a r p e n i s i, due to the similarity in spelling to the word for male genitalia.
