Reviewed by: Kemp Family, Intermediate

Price Paid: $0.00

Summary:
Small resort, never crowded, great for family where the kids are never far away. Local people are wonderful, friendly and considerate, speaking arabic, french and english. Best skiing was in eight inch powder just off the groomed piste under blue skies but don't expect variety or black runs. L'auberge is comfortable and all restaurants serve Lebanese and western foods and drinks. Cheaper than USA or European skiing. We'll be back.

My god I don't where the guy in review number one got his info from?? Were you in the cedars??
This is a fabulous very non-commercial ski field. Very friendly people (they love foreigners), happy to have you enjoy their beautiful mountain. Amazing snow over December/January, very powdery. Stayed at the Auberge d Cedars hotel which is a lovely country style hotel in the Cedars.

Reviewed by: Johnny Knoxville, Advanced, from Tennessee

Summary:
Usually the only danger I face are the rock cliffs I like to jump off of. However I never expected to be hit by a granade because I skiied out of bounds. luckily the shrapnel is only lodged up my butt. However it is not everyday you find 18,000 feet of vertical. I skied Everest before and you can only ski 14,000 before you run out of snow. The price is good (monetary wise) but if you lose an apendage its probably not worth it.
