In my opinion this place is over rated. It is good when the lifts are all open but otherwise its T bars only.
They have an express quad but its generally used for access as it is skiaable for a couple of weeks only (for the last two seasons anyway).
The lift lines are usually pretty bad but go there right at the start of the season, or in the last month or on weekdays and you will be ok.

Its definitely the best skifield in the North Island of New Zealand.

When the snow is good this place is really good. The biggest problem is just that the resort is small by international standards.
