I understand how people hate this place, I admit, it is no vail colorado. I am 15 and snowboard her every sat and sun, now i am a snowboard instructor there. I love it, it's close and convenient, and the place is small, its great for all snowboarders, I especialy love the countless jumps that you can build and jump at your own will. The toe rope allows you to hit a jump or slope 2 or 3 times a minute. Its great, every one there is friendly including myself of course. Stop by and say hey or board with me this winter! If you're looking for an area in the state of Connecticut that has quality skiing and service, Woodbury would probably be the top pick. Its usually not too crowded, and if your looking for a quick few runs, or spur of the moment trip to the slopes, this area would accomodate it nicely
