Reviewed by: go_eat_paiste, Intermediate, from Rochester, NY

Price Paid: $0.00

Summary:
i always get mad when i go here. the owner just cannot seem to get grooming correct without turning the entire slope into ICE. It is probably the steepest mountain in the area, and could be fun if they actually put a little bit of effort into building the terrain park. It seems that you can hit the baby bumps they have, and then you fall cuz either you catch an edge on the ice or you just slide uncontrollably about due to ice... All in all it should be called BERKSHIRE ICE... at least thats what me and my bros call it.

Summary:
For how close it is to Hartford and Springfield, and how nice the facilities and blue cruisers and black steeps are...it's as good as local skiing gets. Night skiing is a steal and you get the place to yourself on Thursday nights, or so it feels.

Summary:
Five star resort, you will be thouroughly surprised at this mountains staff, for it is a perfectly synchronized, finely tuned, well oiled machine. As for a closer version to alpine perfection, there is no such animal.
