Summary:
I have skiied Catamount for years and each year there is something new. Especially after a good snowfall year the management puts its profits back in the mountain. Low key and fun. Best deal in the area.

Summary:
My favorite Berkshire location. Has better terrain than Jiminy or Butternut. Never long lift lines as some may be intimided as trails are wide open and easy to see from the road. They appear steep, though there is terrain for all.

Reviewed by: Bill Gioia, Advanced, from Stormville NY

Summary:
It is a fun little area with enough varied terrain to please everyone. The lack of crowds and attitude is what makes it special. Lift lines are rare, even on weekends. Ride up, ski down get back on the lift, until you are pooped! Late afternoons, the steeper runs do tend to get icy.
