Summary:
Smuggler's notch is awesome. The conditions are consistently good and the variety of trails are excellent. Their
triple diamon, the black hole, is awesome and full of powder. Their lifts are old school doubles but they speed along pretty good. I have never waited in line for more than 15 mins. When getting in line for the Madonna 1 lift go in the lane all the way to the right it goes much quicker.

Price Paid: $0.00

Summary:
I went with a college group in mid-January '02. The trails were divided for different skill levels across "Smuggs" three mountains. Morse Mountain is for beginners. It has good features like trails which bend enough to help teach beginners to make turns and stop. Madonna and Sterling Mountains are for intermediates and experts. Madonna has a triple black diamond, which you see from the lift that weakens knees. The Condo was more then quaint with a fireplace, cable televisions w/ VCR's, and two fully stocked kitchens.

Reviewed by: Tony Baruzzi, DoubleDiamond, from Burlington

Summary:
A great place to go midweek when crowds are small. Perfect for a week with the family, you can drop off the kids at day camp and have the day to yourself. The pipe is good and park is ok. Natural terrain is the best in the east when snow is plentiful.
