Summary:
check it out early when there isn't anywere else open, I was itching for some riding all summer, and brule came through. Later in the season it probably isn't worth the drive if you don't live close (UP michigan is a long way from Indiana)

Summary:
Attention to snow makes the place! After others had closed between Norway MI and Bessemer MI, SkiBrule managed to have skiable snow, 100% open. Mid-March skiing in the hottest winter in 120 years is no small achievement. It's worth the drive from Chicago (375 mi) or Detroit (565 mi) or even Minneapolis. Laidbac skiers, easy-going staff (no f-k-g pass fascists like Boyne!). Add black diamond night skiing (till midnight or 1 am) and you'll have Nirvana.

Summary:
I really like Ski Brule because they have a great variety of hills. I have been to Marquette Mountain and I don't it as much as i do Ski Brule. The people are nice, however i like the workers much better at Marquette. The workers at Brule were nice but not as nice as they could be.
