Summary: Really decent, especially for a quick 3 hour run after work. i think it's a great place for beginners to work on small kickers and easy rails. i've never rode on a crappy, rock-filled run at Horseshoe. they really keep their runs groomed. (or maybe b/c its not always that busy)

Summary: Here's the story. YOU HAVE TO READ IT!!! April 13, 2001 (Friday, 13th). I and my friend, we decide to wrap up our ski season and go to Horseshoe (their last weekend). We wanted to go to Blue Mountain, but they closed down. Anyway, after about one hour skiing we go on the run, which was somewhere on the side. So, we go down the hill as usual, and at the end of the run, it was kind of steep, on my friend's side were moguls. Well, none of us expected moguls out there, becuase there was no sign what so ever, you could not see it from the chairlift, they put it on the steep part of the run (very smart), where no one could ever expect those moguls. Again, I repeat there is no way you would know that there moguls ahead on the steep part. My friend started to turn away from moguls, he hit couple of them and fell right under my legs. Since i was going quite fast (it was closer to the end of the run) I just flew over him, my skis came off when I hit him, I grabbed some big air, and landed on my left shoulder and hrssssshhhhhhh there goes my collar-bone, and I can't do much for the next 6-8 weeks. If there would have been at least one sign.....
