Summary: I recently went to mt.st.louis for a highschool ski trip and I think it must be the best resort around. I liked the halfpipe. It was neatly groomed compared to dagmar whick was completely torn out. Nice jumps and rails for all snowboarders.

Summary: Only one hour away from Toronto. You've got a nice terrain park, well groomed runs, which are quite long. Although they have what they call 37 runs, I would call that no more than 25, because they join one run to another and call it a 3rd run. Blue Mountain officially has 34 runs, but in my opinion if they'll do the same thing, they'll have way more. Generally speaking, Blue Mountain is a better resort, but if you can't stand the line-ups go to Mt. St. Louis, you shoould not regret it.

Summary: Without a question Bluemountain is the best resort within a 2 hour drive of Toronto. Its a great place for beginners as well as intermediate skiers/boarders. Like almost all other resorts, the weekends can get fairly crowded so take advantage of the midweek.
