Summary:
Nakiska is a good hill for one day trip, but to realy find some more challanging hills, you're going to want to look for something a little larger, higher, and recieves a little more snowfall!

Reviewed by: Race Boy, DoubleDiamond, from Calgary

Summary:
This place is a racer or a cruiser's wet dream, which stands to reason as it was designed and built for the 88 Olympic Winter Games. Lots of ski teams train here in the pre-season due to the good runs and snowmaking. Crowds are light because the fools from Calgary prefer to wreck their skis at Rock Louise (or is that Lake Lousy?). Frankly, if it's the choice between Nakiska and inflicting $100 damage to my equipment every time I go to Lake Louise, I'll take Nakiska every time.

Summary:
Not the first choice but definitely a classy looking place. Go to Louise or Sunshine first.

Summary:
If on a trip to the Canadian Rockies it is a must stop
for high speed, fall line cruising. A good area to get lots of vertical on well groomed runs. Stop on your way to
Sunshine/Lake Louise and spend a day here
