| | Reviewed by: grrlie24, Advanced Price Paid: $0.00 Summary: This is definatley a hill for skiiers and boarders who know what they are doing. If your a beginer your gonna need a sled to get you down the hill. Lots of powder, great mogul runs, and NO CROWDS what more could you ask for.Except it does get a little windy at the top but that adds to the excitement this hill has to offer.

| | Reviewed by: Chad Smith, DoubleDiamond, from Kelowna, BC, Canada Summary: Ok, i can't believe i'm reviewing western Canada's best kept secret, cause one of the best things about it is that HARDLY ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT IT!!!!! No line ups, even on weekends, but you come during the week after a dump and you'll ski freshies all day dudes! I've skied pretty many many hills (but not all) in the west and boy oh boy, this is as good OR BETTER than the top ones, such as my faves Fernie, Red, Powder King. Think whoever put out the stats were smoking a chief - There's close to 2900 vertical feet from the village to the top of the Tamarack chair, so after traverses (which are amazingly set up too), yer skiing probably around 2400 ft EVERY RUN! Both sides of the hill rock - steep steep steep, and the trees at the far skiers left - HEAVEN it tell ya, i tell ya itellya! perfectly spaced, i swear there'll be a mayonaisse truck exploding when you check it out! ONe thing - check the internet for the weather first and make it worth yer while by going after a dump - it'll be incredible, and you'll save your skis too PS I mean stay away this place sucks and you'll h8 it!
