| | Reviewed by: skiAZ, Advanced, from Fort Worth, TX Price Paid: $0.00 Summary: I just returned to Tucson an hour ago after skiing all day at Sunrise Park. This was my first time skiing in AZ and man was I shocked to say the least. I have been skiing all over this Country and I was totally impressed with Sunrise Park. My best comparison is Big Bear CA. Great snow (This year) a lot of killer runs, typically easy through hard as per everywhere else. My lasting impression of sunrise as I drove away was this, no snobby affluent people who look great, but can't ski to save their life, this was a melting pot and I loved it.

| | Reviewed by: Jeff Schumann, Advanced, from Tucson, AZ USA Summary: Mt. Lemmon, AZ is pretty sweet considering its location. Admist the dry deserts of southern Arizona lies a two lift mountain that strives on mountain skiing atmosphere and inexpensiveness. For around $25 you can ski all day, lay out in the sun (about 200 days a year in Tucson), and have some great fun with family and friends. I especially like its relative proximity to the snowbirds in Tucson. In one hour you can drive up to the top to mountain weather. Only those who have experienced 'dry heat' know what type of relief I'm talking about. Come check them out.

| | Reviewed by: Jeff Willard, DoubleDiamond, from Salt Lake City, UT USA Summary: It is a good place for convenience, IF you live in Tucson. The snow can be decent, usually it's not. If you want something better, head north to Sunrise.
