Reviewed by: Dave, Advanced, from Albuquerque

Summary:
This is not a destination resort, but it still has more vertical drop per RUN (1,700 ft.) than many ski areas including Purgatory and Santa Fe. Great cruisers for carving. Steeps are short but fun. Bump runs are limited, but hey, I'm a boarder. The middle chair is fastest to the top (still a slow 13 minutes). Except on the busiest of weekends, the Tram (from the city) is an excellent way to get to the ski area. Overall, a fun--albeit not very challenging--place to board and ski.

Summary:
You get what you pay for. This resort is badly in need of
investment for new facilities, new lifts, etc., but I wouldn't look for that to happen, as I believe they didn't even open last year due to lack of snow.

All in all, a good place to go if you live in Albuquerque, and you want to have a nice relaxed day of boarding. Just make sure they have snow

Reviewed by: Amber Riley, Intermediate, from Apopka Fl Usa

Summary:
This is a great place to ski and not have to worry about large crowds. It has a beautiful view and is easy to find. If you need to learn this is a great place to learn to ski.
