Summary:
Simply put, this is the greatest resort I have ever been to. Being an advanced skier, I found the most challenging and dangerous terrain that could possibly be allowed in a ski area. Of the four days I was there, two were heavy dumps of snow and the other two were bluebird powder. I am told that this is often the case. The resort is known as "Squallywood" because you can look up the mountain and see people skiing insane lines at any given time all over the mountain. If you visit next season you might run into me because I have decided to move from the east out to Squaw Valley because I enjoyed myself so much.

This was a great place to ski. My favorite runs were the tree runs at Shirley Lake.

Summary:
This was the bestest place I've gone so far. Not for a snowboard park though. Go to Timberline for that! So go call up your kiddies and Ma and Pa and plan a lovely fun filled weekend at Squaw Valley. You'll get to ride in the BIG GONDOLA! Or chat with some people from Russia! Or even Japan! Wooo Hooo! Besides who wants to be in their house or Shack watching Mtv when you could be out on a sunny powder day with your friends and doing all that fun kinda stuff. Squaw Valley is for the whole family! YAAAAY!!!!!
