Summary:
I think it is the best resort in the Lake Tahoe area. I learned how to snowboard at this place. It has enough terrains for every level of boarders. Not to mention the amounts of fresh powders it gets every year. It had 54 inches of fresh powder in the first week of April, 2003. The lift price is on the pricey side, but compare to Heavenly, it is a better deal.

Summary:
Been to 13 different resorts across country...this is THE BEST. Used to say that Vail couldn't be beat, but I was wrong. AWESOME snow, great trails, great backcountry, great cliff areas. Has it all! I love Colorado and California skiing...what sets them apart is that CO resorts will close off areas they deem to dangerous...CA resorts will allow you to jump off any cliff you like at your own risk. They let us make the decision.

I went on Feb 17th 2001.........

4 feet of fresh powder on the hill. So deep in spots that you sank in and had to climb out.

Nice run's, some very expert, some to easy

Again for me TO MUCH power..you won't hear that very often

Summary:
This is the only ski resort I fear. Best most difficult terrain I have ever skied. Blew my mind.
