Summary:
This is an awsometacular mountain. if you know where to go on this mountain then it is even better. the lift operators and staff arent up tight like in CANADA. I dont really rcomend this mountain for beginers take yourself to stevens pass. Also this mountain is so layed back. And there fries are amazing. And a message to dylan you dont know what youre talking about so go back to the land of stuck up skiers.

Summary:
I have skied all over North America and Mt Baker is the best skiing available. I've read several reviews that bash the employees. They are young but not rude. Try smiling a little and remember that this isn't Whistler where you can check you manners at the door because you're paying a premium for the skiing. This resort is about riding and really only about riding. That's why it's the magic mountain.

There are more boarders than skiers here. So, if you have some problem with boarders then this isn't a place for you. I would recommend coming anyway because there are some great riders and I think most of them ride the way skiers should, with enthusiasm for the sport and not for the scene.

Give it a try.

Summary:
Just finished up a great week at Mt. Baker and wanted to share a great find with everyone! As most of us regulars know, overnight accommodations are scarce at Mount Baker. On this visit I stayed with a great little vacation rental company called Mt. Baker Lodging. These guys are really top-notch. Their cabins are fully equipped and exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Mt. Baker Lodging to anyone wanting to visit the Mt. Baker area! On a scale of 1 to 10...these guys are an 11!

Hey Dillan,
Baker is the place to go if you like snow! Check the snow reports. You are obviously inexperienced or maybe just picked the wrong day to go!
As for the roads, Bad driving conditions usually means power.
$10 bucks for a meal does not sound that bad too me! Try Whistler fool!

Summary:
I will never come back to this place again. Three things really annoyed me during my visit. #1. People there are rude - not everybody but much more than usual. People cut in line all the time, one time a person tried to force his way onto my chair and pushed me off!!! People there are so uptight and pushy, they should chill its just for fun... #2 The price of food is obscene - $10 buys you a little plate of slop and a drink #3 The road there is poorly maintained. Lots of opportunity to slip, no ice or plowing. Roads to places in BC are very well maintained, safety first!!!
